A year after being slighted by EA Sports' Madden rating creators, Mark Andrews justly was given a bump inside the top-five tight ends for this year's version of the game.
The Madden 22 ratings surfacing on Wednesday and Wednesday, the Ravens All-Pro tight end scored the highest rating for his career at overall score of 88. Only Travis Kelce (99), George Kittle (96), and Darren Waller (93) were given higher ratings.
Andrews' NFL rating is increasing in each of his three NFL seasons. For Madden 19, Andrews was a 75 overall. He left Oklahoma as the third most highly rated rookie within a group of positions as well as fellow Ravens 2018 draftee Hayden Hurst. Andrews' score climbed by four points before reaching a top of 79 following a successful debut season. He then exploded in 2019, with the league's highest number of touchdown receptions for a TE, and seven more places to be an 86.
This 86 is the eighth-best in the NFL despite Andrews rapidly becoming more of
